Your Emergency Skunk Bath Step-by-Step
- Act fast — the sooner you bathe, the easier the odor is to remove before it sets into the coat.

- Apply shampoo generously — work it through the entire coat, paying extra attention to the chest where direct spray typically hits. Very carefully wash the face, avoiding the eyes.
