Want the best oatmeal shampoo for dogs?

Our oatmeal dog shampoo for allergies and itching is made with non-GMO, pesticide and herbicide free organic oat milk (oatmeal).

Instead of colloidal oatmeal for dogs, we take a more natural approach by extracting the oat milk directly from the oat kernels and mixing it with corn derived vegetable glycerite so it retains all of its anti-inflammatory, anti-irritant, and moisturizing characteristics. It is a great oatmeal dog shampoo for itchy skin, helping to soothe dry skin while nourishing your dog's coat.

We mixed our superior oatmeal with aloe and sustainably sourced non-GMO organic coconut, olive and jojoba oils, lavender essential oils to gently clean, moisturize, condition and soften your dog's coat.

Lavender, known for its calming effect, provides anti-inflammatory properties to help soothe your dog's skin and reduce itching and irritated skin while promoting naturally healthy skin.

Recommended for all skin types our all natural oatmeal and aloe dog shampoo is beneficial to relieve and restore dry and itchy skin providing moisturizing and improving the coat condition.

What's In The Bottle?

Catch Dog. Shake bottle to blend ingredients. Wet your 4-Legger with warm water from head to the end of their tail. Apply 4-Legger to the palm of your hand and apply to your pet.

While the consistency is thin, you will find that you need only a small amount to cover your dog and that it lathers quite well!  To increase suds, use more water - not shampoo.

Gently massage 4-Legger deep into your pet's coat. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear.

A few tips if you are new to organic dog shampoo:

Your dog will likely go through a perfectly normal transition period. Don't worry - we've documented what you can expect - click here to read!  To increase the lather, use more water - not shampoo.Consider adding one of our foamer bottles to your order!  It will help you manage the thin consistency by infusing air into the shampoo, as well as keep you from using more than is needed to wash your dog.

Note:  Use care around your pet's eyes. To wash your pet's face - use a wash cloth.

The simple answer is all the bad stuff you find in traditional dog shampoo!

4-Legger is committed to clean ingredients so you won't find any synthetic chemicals in our dog shampoo!

Check out our deep dive ingredient blog or read about our commitment to you to learn more about the ingredients you'll never find in any 4-Legger product!

The difference is primarily in the bases:

USDA Organic Base:Organic Aloe Juice, Organic Saponified Oils of Coconut, Shea Butter, Olive, Sunflower, and Jojoba, Organic Vegetable Glycerin, and Organic Rosemary Extract

Best Dog Shampoo

I like knowing that I'm using clean ingredients to keep my dog clean. So good we bought a gallon to make sure that we don't run out too fast. We always use this with the foaming pump dispenser.

The shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, paw soother, ever and anything from here is awesome!! Only place I order from. Extra bonus is its all natural.

Mini Goldendoodle Breeder's Thumbs Up!

I am the breeder behind Mini Goldendoodles of NY, and I have been on a personal mission to extend the Longevity of our dogs and puppies to the absolute farthest point nature will allow. Eliminating harmful toxins from their environment is a large part of that. This shampoo is most comparable to the Dr. BRONNER'S castile soap that I use on myself. When I first washed my doodles with it, I noticed it didn't have the slickness that other dog shampoos have (for us, those shampoos are not the standard, but to be avoided). I have not purchased the apple cider conditioner YET, so I wound up using a spray conditioner for dogs after washing with the shampoo and they came out BEAUTIFULLY. Almost a week later my girls coats were still soft & nice smelling. I highly recommend this product to my clients and this is NOT a paid review. I am so glad this company puts their ethics first, and I genuinely love their shampoo. I will be purchasing the apple cider conditioning rinse because in my opinion the shampoo must be used with a conditioner on doodle coats. The lavender scent is wonderful. As a breeder I always look for lavender because it's gentle and non irritating to puppies AND has a calming effect.

The best shampoo my dog ever had

There's not much to say about this product beyond the fact that it is organic and gentle to my dog's skin. The smell is very subtle and I can notice my dog seems way less (skin) irritated. I will keep on monitoring but so far, very, very good.
