Wholesale Account Terms and Conditions

• The information you provided in the application to 4-Legger® in the application is accurate. 
• All 4-Legger® products purchased through the wholesale program will be used for the sole purpose of resale, promotion, demonstrations, samples, or use within your own business entities.
• You acknowledge that 4-Legger is a registered trademark owned by 4-Legger®. 
• You acknowledge that "Clean Ingredients. Clean Dogs." is a registered trademark of 4-Legger®.
• You acknowledge that 4-Legger® is brand registered on Amazon's seller platforms. 
• You agree that you will not sell or attempt to sell 4-Legger® on Amazon's platforms or any other retail or internet presence not under your ownership without the express written consent of 4-Legger®.
• You agree that selling 4-Legger® on an internet presence not under your ownership without written consent of 4-Legger® will result in the termination of your wholesale account.
• You agree that 4-Legger® may require proof of business entity ownership.
• You agree that coupon or discount codes made available to the public cannot be applied to wholesale purchases. 
• You understand and agree product pricing and availability are subject to change at any time with our without notice.
• You understand wholesale pricing is confidential and will not share pricing with other entities.
• 4-Legger® is an approved reseller of animalEO® essential oil blends. You acknowledge the animalEO® blends are not available in our wholesale program. 
• You acknowledge and understand shipping costs are at the purchaser's expense. 4-Legger® will compare shipping rates and apply the best rate to your order. If you have a freight account 4-Legger can directly bill to your account or you can submit shipping labels to us for use. In some cases, large volume wholesale orders may qualify for free or reduced rate shipping.
• You acknowledge and agree that large retail orders may qualify for additional discounts.
• You acknowledge and agree that large retail or wholesale orders may require 50% payment upfront with the balance due upon shipment.
• You acknowledge and agree that 4-Legger does not refund wholesale orders. As such, if you are new to organic dog shampoo we suggest you purchase and try our organic dog shampoo before purchasing gallon sized bottles. We want you to love our product as much as we do but while very rare, sometimes that just isn't the case. 
• Minimum $75 purchase requirement after wholesale pricing is applied

Violation of any of these terms may result in the termination of your wholesale account.
