If you are unhappy with our product within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, we will refund the cost of the product purchase or provide an exchange.
Please contact us within 30 days and describe the issue using the form below. To complete your return, we will require proof of purchase.
If approved, your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) - seven (7) business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund and it is less than 7 business days, please check back after 7 business days to allow your credit provider time to post the refund to your account.
If you haven't received a refund and 7 business days have gone by, please contact us ASAP (firstname.lastname@example.org), so we can confirm the refund has been processed and sent to your credit provider.
If you purchased a product at a sale price, only the sale price will be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged without prior approval. If you need to exchange for any reason, please use the form to contact us or send us an email at email@example.com. Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
