      4-Legger shampoos are concentrated, so dilution is recommended for all animals — and even more so for small animals. A general starting point is 1 part shampoo to 5–10 parts water. The foamer bottle is a great option as it pre-dilutes the formula and dispenses it as a gentle foam, making application on small or squirmy animals much easier.
