What is St John's Wort? 
St. John's Wort herb is a creeping perennial that products star-shaped yellow flowers with long stamens. The flowers bloom throughout the summer and may be freely harvested.

While St. John's Wort is native to Europe, it has been naturalized to many other temperate climates around the world, including North America.

St. John's Wort is most notably known for its ability to treat depression, improve mood swings, relieve anxiety, reduce the severity of pre-menstrual symptoms, ease addictive tendencies.
