About Our Hemp Oil:
We use organic, the highest grade, hemp seed oil.  As an organic oil, it was grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, genetically modified organisms, or ionizing radiation.

Hemp seed oil originally came from Canada but is now grown throughout the world. It is considered one of the most nutritional oils available.

Hemp seed oil comes from, you guessed it, hemp - but it does not contain any detectable delta-9-tetrahydrocannabolinol (THC).

The green color in hemp seed oil is a result of the high level of chlorophyll that is naturally present in the seeds.

Hemp seed oil is a powerful antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties. It may be added to any dog care product for its exceptional moisturizing properties. Hemp seed oil increases elasticity, manageability, and shine. It is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, most notably, gamma-linolenic acid and stearidonic acid, known to reduce symptoms of skin conditions.

Hemp oil is very sensitive to light and exposure to fluctuations in temperature. Refrigeration is often recommended for all of our products with hemp seed oil.
