Rosemary

Name: Rosmarinus officinalis

About rosemary:
Rosemary is a very versatile herb - used in cooking as well as holistically to boost memory, improve mood,
reduce inflammation, relieve pain, protect the immune system, stimulate circulation, detoxify the body, protect the body from bacterial infections, prevent premature aging, and heal skin conditions, heartburn, intestinal gas, gout, cough, and loss of appetite.

We are of course are more interested in using rosemary externally and the qualities it brings to the skin and hair. Topically, rosemary is known to serve as an anti-inflammatory, improve circulation, treat dry skin, boost healing, increase natural shine and hydrated appearance, and improve the quality of the skin.

We also use rosemary extract as an antioxidant to serve as a preservative in many of our products.
